We know the stories behind our meals as we intentionally focus on regionality in our cuisine! We obtain a large amount of our groceries directly from the producers. Regionality is a guarantee for safe and controlled foods and also part of environmental awareness. Groceries that are transported a long way from Southeast Asia, Australia, South America or other places around the world are therefore not to be found on our menu.

About us (and others) …  
We purchase quality-oriented and regional on purpose.
Our cuisine has direct contact to many producers. Thus, we determine the quality and the nature of our raw products in agreement with the producers. For instance we only use pork from pigs in Schleswig-Holstein, that have been raised without antibiotics and steroids and only with food of natural origin. The cattle for our beef are also raised in a natural way and naturally come from the local region or Schleswig-Holstein. Lamb and poultry are from certified and qualified farms nearby.
