Explanations to packages:
- For the choice of the main course we offer the participants a fish- and a meat-dish, a vegetarian dish is of course also available.
We reserve the right to serve a rich lunch or dinner buffet where appropriate.. - On arrival/beginning of conference we serve free welcome coffee & tea in front of the conference room.
- The package does not include drinks accompanying the meals. These will be charged for additionally and according to consumption.
- Please request individually for rates for double rooms.
- The rates for the conference packages stated above are applicable to a number of at least six people. If less than six people are booked for the package,
we will charge a small rental fee for the conference room. - If more than one conference is planned (4 or more events in a row) we will give deductions.
Organisational matters:
- In order to be able to make the optimal room allocation and check-in, we ask you to state the exact number of rooms needed and an index of the names of your guests 2 weeks in advance.
- The rooms are at your disposal on the day of your arrival by 2 p.m. at the latest.
We ask you to clear the rooms on the day of your departure by 11 a.m. - Times for breaks and meals can be arranged flexibly.
Nevertheless it would be helpful for us to know the approximate
time schedule. . - Please inform us of the exact billing in advance of your conference.
- Cancellation -also in parts- of your event can only be accepted in written form (fax or email) to avoid misunderstandings. We reserve the right to charge potential expenses or cancellation cost regarding revenues on cancellations at short notice.
